Not sure if we can help? We understand! Our process allows us to create customized plastic profiles – imagine pushing play dough through a small hole, and getting a spaghetti-like result. We operate under the same principle. Our melted plastic mixture is pushed through a tube, at the end of which lies a die that shapes the plastic into the desired profile. This profile can be as long as you need it (within reason) thanks to the continuous characteristic of the extrusion process.
